12thman,
I'm not entering this argument and have zero desire to volley back and forth, but would like to throw in my 2 cents.
Do you eat soy? chinese food or other foods with soy? It contains phytoestrogens, and can have a significant impact on testosterone in men as it mimics estrogen. I avoid soy myself b/c of this and I notice it if I consume enough of it. No bueno! but some men may not care about this.
I try to buy organic beef/chicken, cage free eggs, etc. Now whether we think all the additives into beef for example are junk or not, who gives a damn. Before the days of hormones and chemicals what did people eat? It would all be "organic", grass fed would it not? Nothing wrong with that!
I'll add one of the most important points for me - I can typically tell a difference in taste with organic grass fed beef vs the cheap stuff. So even when I make burgers I get the good stuff. There's something to be said too for buying it straight from the farm.
