I'm pretty sure I saw the lady at the corner of Villa Maria and Texas on Wednesday afternoon, close to the Mexican restaurant by Hastings.

Seen this lady 4 times since Tuesday. Sat next to her at KFC. She has a HEB basket. Never saw a man with her. Seemed harmless. Just not used to seeing that in my hood. She walked by my car lot Friday.
