My Mother is considering moving into this senior living community. I've only found a few reviews online and they were not very positive. Does anyone have any experience with this property?

I think they are nice. I knew someone that lived there and like it well. My mom has been on the waiting list since December.

My sister moved into these this past May. I like the fact that it's a gated community; I feel a little safer with her there than her old apartment complex.
That said, she has had loads of problems getting any maintenance work done;it's dang near impossible to reach anyone in the office as well. I would think that maintenance would be a high priority since this is a seniors only community and the majority of residents have no spouse or roommate to fix the things that go wrong. My sister is now past a week with no working shower; I think that is unacceptable.
