Looks nice to me. I think you just hate turquoise color
It looks great. I have seen a couple of houses in Bryan and CS painted that color with pale yellow front doors. They look like beach houses. I agree with carpe and the others. I would be glad to have that house in my neighborhood.
I like it. The color is easy on the eyes.

I think it's pretty too. I would definitely not have a problem owning this as a rental or a house next to it as a rental. Not what I was thinking of when OP said what the color was, this looks fairly tasteful.
It does look like a beach house, and the porch is a nice plus.

There are a lot of houses going up that are very similar to this one. I wish they had a little more variation to them but I'm very pleased to see them replace the numerous broken down houses that were there before. Same goes for the houses they are building around the state streets off of Holleman. So much of an improvement that will only increase the value of the area.
Seems like a perfectly lovely color to me!
The lot is kind of small for the size of the house, which leads me to think it's probably a rental made to look like a single family home. I've seen similar styles over on Park Place near the water tower.
I love it, though and I'd live there in a heartbeat. It actually fits pretty well with the other houses over in that part of town. Imagine sitting on the porch listening to the cheers of the football crowd on Saturday afternoons.

Out of curiosity, what color would the OP find more acceptable? Beige, khaki, tan, camel, sandstone...
For the architecture of the house, the color scheme is highly appropriate and looks great! I'm glad to see builders and owners that will branch out and give their homes some character. The porches and railings look great and add some dimension to the house instead of it being a big box like a lot of the large rental units.

I don't get why the OP cares, it's not like she'd be living there. She's looking for places to rent out (while sitting in her cookie cutter HOA controlled manse in Castlegate II).
