About 30 minutes or so ago, we suddenly lost most of the channels on tv. We have a couple of the higher channels still working, but that is all. Is anyone else having problems?
I didn't have the same problem as you, but our volume disappeared. I called their customer service number and they sent some code to the cable box that reset it and the volume started working again. They might be able to do something similar and fix your channels. Every so often, the box seems to need resetting.
