Memorial City mall in Hou does well also. They've made it pretty kid friendly though and its surrounded by restaurants and a Target.

Gangbanger tats are varied. The Aryian stuff is Hitler, SS related. AC (Aryian Circle) AB (Aryian Brotherhood) and many other derivatives. Did not see any of these. If you see an area code, then they are Tango Blast from that area code. Ex: 210 would be from San Antonio. Those are easy to see. Mexican Mafia is MM or EMM. These are harder to see. Pistoleros Latinos have pistol tats with a PL somewhere around. Also harder to see. That is an extremely brief synopsis. This course could go on for 2-3 days. But the Tango Blast are easiest to see. They also have Astros' star (for Houston), Cowboys star for Dallas, Spurs insignia for SA, etc.

The puppy store closed? Wow. I was by there in the last few weeks and it appeared to be business as normal.

Some of the local Vets are having a party to celebrate.

We live within a few blocks of POM, and I still do most of my clothes shopping at Houston Premium Outlet Mall on 290. Not quite an hour away, 145 stores, great deals and it just "feels" nicer than POM.

Always sad to see the general decline of indoor malls in favor or shopping centers.

I'm a child (teenager at the time) of the 80s... The mall was the place back then (I grew up in another state). In the summer time or really cold weather - I'd much rather shop at a "mall" than these outdoor centers like that one on 290 coming into Houston.

But, statistics show that retail has shifted to more freestanding locations and shopping centers that require you to go outside from 1 store to the next... Not my personal preference....

Not gonna lie, if I go to the mall, it's to go visit Taste of the Tropics. I'll have to visit Flip & Peel next time I go to get a smoothie.

The Puppy Store is gone but I also hear another animal store will open in its place.

NY & Co couldn't come to contract terms.
