Does it really work that good? Seems like there is always a line for it. How does it do with removing bugs on the front of my vehicle? How about wheels? Do I need to remove my vehicle antenna?

Unless it's a touchless car wash, always remove your antenna.
Is HEB touchless?
I like it and think it does a great job. I don't pay attention to the specifics, but my car is much nicer when I pull out than it was when I pulled it. There are lines but there is not another one nearby that I know of.
Yes, HEB on Holleman is touch less.
Which HEB? The one on Texas is touchless. Tower Point has brushes.
The one at HEB tower point pulled up the rubber seal between that separates the top of the vehicle from the windshield. Other that that, my car came out pretty clean.
