Hopefully the COCS gets the same quality from their builder that Yuccadoo got from his!

Welch Construction installed the hardscape, Larry Schueckler did the design while working for a local landscape design firm, and David Otahol, Old South Gardens out of Smithville, did the botanicals. Larry at Rain Tec did the irrigation system. Extensive collaboration of home builder, landscaper, installers, irrigation designer/installer and layout designer. And 4 million pounds of weathered stone from a quarry near Jarrell, Texas

Wow have read a lot of opinions in this thread and some out in right field.

Why not get a birdseye overview from an long established local residential architect?

This one does NOT cost more than a good/reputable designer/draftsman due to low overhead, 3D color designing and one-one communications - all this streamlined. Partial-full services as required. Builder advice tailored to your project needs.

We had a beautiful home built by Novella Designer Homes. They are fairly new but do excellent work. Travis Engram is the builder and his wife does the interior design.
