Doesn't seem to be anything on his FB page since January. I do wonder what he's up to considering there's no remnant of anything anymore (Flip & Peel closed both locations, Salad Sculptors bombed, Primo Pizza bombed, Stover Bros. in VF is gone, etc.)

Seemed like a cool guy at first but looking back he had some pretty condescending views about food and believed that his stuff had to be priced way above market value because it was "better". Salad Sculptors I don't think would've ever worked (too low-margin for a whole mall food court space), but Primo Pizza might've worked if he stuck with the basics of Leaning Tower and not made an unfortunate attempt to go "upscale" with it. Not sure about Flip & Peel, it was a fun concept at first but then got rid of most of the already pretty limited menu along with the more interesting items (the burger with cheddar, the poutine fries which I'm not sure were ever sold, etc.)

Primo Pizza was awesome. I applaud his effort to go "upscale." Too bad the community wasn't ready for it.
