That name doesn't sound familiar. Maybe it was Midnight and I'm just losing my mind.
We had a Winn-Dixie on East 29th across from Willow Oaks. I don't remember if there was one in College Station or not.

Whew! A lot of people have very good memories. I was thinking about Baja, so that really helped. Thanks for mentioning Pooh's Park and opening old wounds! I was so sad when that closed!!

Was it The Globe that was in the old movie theater behind Wendy's on SW Pkwy? I remember going to a house party in the late 90s and the house had that globe in the backyard.
Harry's was open before 1993. At least the south section. The north half was a movie theater that closed in 1996. From 1997 to about 1999 there was a lazer tag place that moved into the closed theater. Harry's took that over in 1999 and opened the north part. They originally had the large main stage in that section before moving it a few years ago the south side.

Yes, that was The Globe. Loved that place... That was my favorite stomping ground!

Dallas was at Doux Chene. It was also the Mansard House, Studio 2818, etc.

Has anyone heard where Harry's will move when that center gets razed? I heard the developer is starting this summer and that their time there is limited. Hard to replace that location.....
Wasn't the movie theater on SW Pkwy initially called Plaza 3?
I believe the old John D Huntley place is now the Jewelry and Coin Exchange. Same location, I don't believe it moved when it changed owners.

Sneakers was about where the Sonic/Rudy's is now.
Sneakers was originally a Christmas store. Building was razed when all the new restaurants came in.
