This week is the Arrowmoon District Cub Scout Summer Day Camp. Yesterday, our arts & crafts director (DisneyFan5) along with her assistant (my daughter ) braved the heat and instructed over 150 Scouts in constructing Indian rainmakers.

Obviously, 150 Cub Scouts enthusiastically shaking their Indian rainmakers yesterday worked!

Tailgate, I'll give you some credit. But I will take some as well, as yesterday I paid $150 for the wife's explorer to get washed, waxed and full interior detailed.

The downside, is now all those poor cub scouts (my son included) are now stuck at home because they cancelled camp today due to all the rain! I guess they worked a little too well. Maybe they should make those on a Friday next time!

Jrod_2002 - Next time, use Adam! It will only cost you fifty bucks to get a rained-on vehicle!

I left all 4 windows of my car down last night. Guess I contributed a small bit.

Or I'm just having a bad luck streak.

It is all my doing....I did a naked rain dance last night!

Get them back out there a few dozen more times!

I went to Target and bought a sprinkler because the wind was blowing the sprinkler system water in a million ways and there were huge gaps..of course I used the sprinkler less than three hours last night....

What everybody did worked well as we received a much needed 1.75" in Kurten. The horses were so happy, they rolled in the mud until it was caked on about 1" thick, and the pastures have nearly soaked it up already, and not to mention, how much it helped our firefighters.

So!... on Friday, I need:

- 150 Cub Scouts to enthusiastically shake their Indian rainmakers.
- Jrod_2002 to spend $150 to wash, wax and interior detail his wife's Eplorer.
- Keesha07 to leave all 4 windows on her car down.
- puppylove to do a naked rain dance (preferably in privacy of their own yard and home)...lol.
- Raven to go buy a sprinkler that they might not even use

Bring me another 1.5 to 2 inches on Saturday and I will gather a community of folks to pay for those 4 suervices... just as long as we dont have to watch puppylove's rain dance.

- I'll toss 10 bucks to Jrod to defray the cost of another detail on his wifes ride
- I'll give Keesha a donation of used towels to soak the rain out of her car - I'll even throw in a bottle of Febreeze [there's a reason they don't offer Wet Car Sent at the car wash!]
- I'll provide the music and look the other way while puppylove does the naked rain dance

Just in case you needed an additional laugh. I was wearing white pants, was running late to work, and didn't cover the whole seat with the towel.

But I did sleep very well and didn't need to use my sound machine!

Did it rain again last night/early this morning or am I going crazy?
