I've got a kitchen area at my business and we are in need of some minor tile repair/replacement and some areas on the floor need the grout repaired. This isn't a major installation or remodel. Just minor stuff.

Can anyone recommend a company to take care of this for me?

I did, and the first several companies I called either didn't return my calls or wouldn't do small repairs. That's why I'm asking, jackass.

Michael Trull has done some work for my friends (put in a pantry) and customers (roofing and other repairs) and he seems to able to do anything. I have also seen pictures of his work from the past and he has done a great job. He is very reasonably priced and I am sure will give you a good bid.

I used Flores Flooring (693-1341) to replace about a dozen floor tiles that had hairline cracks before we sold our old house. I think they charged $100-$150. I supplied the tiles and they supplied/matched the grout. It took them quite a bit of effort to knock out the old tiles. After they finished, I cleaned the rest of the grout and you couldn't tell I had anything done.

I probably should've cleaned the grout before they matched but they were able to match to the grout under my washer/dryer which was still clean.
