We usually take our dog everywhere with us, but I am forced to board her next weekend due to a wedding. Anyone recommend a place in College Station? I'd prefer a nice, inexpensive place where they get good attention and aren't just in cages all weekend. All recommendations appreciated in advance!

BYD Ranch in north bryan or Aggieland pet zone in college station. Both about $25/night. Both provide runs instead of cages.

Pet zone has play time with other dogs if you'd like.

BYD has indoor/outdoor runs.

Both are great.

We just boarded our dog at Lovan care on university. She got a 10x10 suite and all day doggy day care was included. So she was with other dogs and people all day instead of a cage. It was 35/day. The staff was super nice and seemed to know what was going on. We will definitely use them again.

Has anyone used Aggieland Animal Health Center and Pet Resort down the road from Pet Zone? They have a large outdoor play area for the dogs. They where $2.00 more than Pet Zone and they gove the animals a bath before they are picked up.

I do in-home for $25 per pay, which includes bringing in the paper and keeping the place looking occupied. That's minimum two visits per day, and one walk.
More than boarding, but, you don't have to pack up on Friday and wait until Monday to collect, either.

Capt-n-Mac Is it $25/day or $25/visit with a two visit requirement? We have three dogs and they would not require a walk - just a long play time outside. 10 - 15 minutes.

We have used a couple of places, but the one we have chosen to keep doing business with is the Aggieland Animal Health Center and Pet Resort. The staff are extremely professional, and I am very confident that they take good care of our dog while we are away. We'll be taking him back there this weekend!

My approach is slightly different. I will take your dog out each day, approximately two hours. The cost is $100 a day, but I teach your dog about the ins and outs of business. When I finish, your dog will be top notch.

We visit Wal Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, and Kohls.

Sure to have a good time.

$25 the day, but $5 additional per animal (subject to negotiation)
So, a weekend is $50 for one dog.

We use Aggieland Animal Health Center and Pet Resort. They are excellent! Wonderful service and they genuinely seem to love our dogs. I highly recommend them!
