Don't know about B/CS area having anyone. Several years ago I needed something similar and wound up taking my clock to Mark at Abbey Clock Clinic in Austin. I highly recommend him if you can get your clock over there.

My dad lives out of town, but comes here to visit. He repairs grandfather clocks, mantle clocks, and other anitque clocks. All he charges is what it costs him in parts. He does it as a hobby to keep his mind active. I don't know if you'd be interested in someone like him or if you'd rather have a business.
