HEB went from 3.49 to 3.61 yesterday during the morning, but I was still able to find 3.54 at the exxon on wellborn/rock prairie.

Eh. Gasbuddy is only as good as those stations folks in town choose to report on. I think we could probably suss out the best gas prices here better than someone casually monitoring Gasbuddy could.
