Koppe Bridge will always be my go-to for good-sized, greasy, and tasty burgers. A
Fuddruckers is as good as you make it, and they have a wide selection of meats. Only drawback is sometimes the bun disintegrates prematurely. B+
Dixie Chicken (& Chicken Oil, etc.) is decent for bar food, but relatively over-priced. B
Fatburger Grill on Wellborn gets a D-. Cheese on a burger should at least be melted and not come straight from the bag of HEB shredded cheese. Also, the meat should be seasoned.
