What exactly is the problem with the air conditioning, and when can your members expect this problem to be resolved? As I understand it, this has been broken since the fall and nothing was done to repair the unit. I hear from staff members that it’s leaking Freon and you have been told that the unit needs to be replaced but you refuse to do so. I have also heard that you plan to wait until the fall and use the yearly enhancement fee to fix the air conditioner. Is this the case? Why haven’t the members been notified by management concerning this problem?
I know for a fact that several “SOS” notes have been filled out over the past weeks in an effort to relay our discomfort. It’s is simply too hot in that facility and it’s not going to get any cooler between now and the time you draft your yearly bonus from our bank accounts.
Over the years I have seen one example of bad management after another where your facility is concerned. If it’s not broken equipment it’s filth, or lack of hot water, or no air conditioning. Please help me understand why it’s so difficult for you to do your part in managing that club correctly and meeting the needs of your members. Our complaints are repeatedly ignored and we are fed up with it. Funny how you ignore what we have to say but you don’t have a problem as long as you have a direct line to our bank accounts.
These conditions are completely unacceptable. Next week I will be having a conversation concerning this issue with the Health Department, the Better Business Bureau, and OSHA. I would love to be a fly on the wall when you try to explain this to them.
Here’s a thought for you…. What’s more cost prohibitive, fixing the air conditioner or losing your members and the revenue they generate?
While I'm at it, here are a few pictures of your filth and broken crap for the general public's viewing pleasure. Enjoy!
