My mom owns a country house that is out near Riverside Campus. It's about 60 years old and we had the interior trim (door frames, window trim, etc) painted, but the painter did not prime. Because of that, the paint is peeling up and needs to be redone. If anyone has recommendations of who to use (and who not to use) that would be great... Someone who is relatively inexpensive, but reliable, trustworthy and good.

Yes, I know... It is tricky to find all 3... However, noone lives in the house now and so my cousin would have to let them in... they would be alone in the house probably unless we can arrange to be there.
