i used 2 diapers, a kitchen towel, and duct tape for the spigot that wasn't covered.
I wrapped all mine with weiner dogs and duct tape.

This only (possibly) makes a difference in cabinets on external walls.
FYI - If your house is plumbed with a manabloc system. You can shut off the valves to the hose bibs and drain those lines in lieu of wrapping the spigots.
