Who are the builders that are generally used for the homes built at Traditions? Inlaws are considering buying a lot. Wanted to get info on the builders that work out there. Any info- good and bad will be greatly appreciated. They currently live in Amarillo, so are not informed about local BCS things.

I highly recommend Mariott Homes (979) 696-1787, their office is located at 209 Rock Prairie Road in College Station. Larry Mariott is a great guy and the best home builder in this area.
there are several who do lots of customs in Traditions. I would contact Geoff Myers at Traditions Real Estate and they can refer you to the builders who build in that kind of range.

Jefferson Christian Homes is a quality builder with great subs. 979-694-1272. Dale Christian is the owner and also built the Southern Living Home.
Ellis Custom Homes is the other high-end builder in town. Both Jefferson Christian and Ellis have very impressive portfolios.
