Update
11:50 am - Police have obtained the person that what was thought to be Arcade Comeaux by many eye witnesses this morning. However the man obtained is not in fact Arcade Comeaux. Actual suspect still remains at large.

Guess I chose a wrong time to go to TC's for lunch. There were quite a few PD in between College Station Seafood and the hotel rooms behind it. I was wondering why KBTX was standing outside of TCs.

I was more miffed about the UPD officer taking up the left turn lane leaving campus onto Texas Ave. Had to sit there for another cycle.

Just to be clear...there is no way to know 100 percent right now if the guy is in B-CS or not, just that the man witnesses saw this morning turned out NOT to be Comeaux.

As I understand it, police are still following up just to err on the side of caution. HTH

No the schools are no longer on restricted access. And we no longer have any reason to believe that the escapee is in the BCS area, however, until he is caught everyone everywhere should keep your eyes open for him.
