I knew 2 Vietnamese people (from Vietnam, going to school here) and they both said the only "real" place was the Pho restaurants. I am not a fan of Pho, but that is the best you can do in BCS. The girl said that Vietnamese taste was a "**llhole with a bad rice cooker".
