Give this a shot if you have room to spare and don't mind a little cleaning afterwards: Keg it up (If you have a 3 gal keg its perfect) and pressurize to about 5-8psi. I did this last year and took it to the river for a Memorial day party. The girls loved it and in fact it had this wonderfully odd side effect of getting them to lift their bikini tops on occasion.
bobag87's recipe is pretty much what I do except I use homemade wine. Kegged up it will last a long time (if you strain the fruit) if you don't use it all up.

I really like this recipe- makes 1/2 gallon if I remember correctly
1/2 cup brandy 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate 1/3 cup orange juice 1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine 1/2 cup triple sec 1 lemon, sliced into rounds 1 orange, sliced into rounds 1 lime, sliced into rounds 1/4 cup white sugar (optional) 8 maraschino cherries 2 cups carbonated water (optional)
White Peach Sangria (the girls always love this one)
1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry white wine 3/4 cup peach flavored vodka 6 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 1/4 cup white sugar 1 pound white peaches, pitted and sliced 3/4 cup seedless red grapes, halved 3/4 cup seedless green grapes, halved 1-2 cups fresh raspberries
