havent "they" already done so? maybe not completely, but you cant just go hunt whenever, whatever you want (i intentionally omitted "wherever" so this doesnt turn into a property rights debate) . the state has imposed many restrictions, as you know, so why doesnt that bother you?
it's easy to say - i'll get pissed if they ban hunting all together and i wont stand for it, especially if you think you have a "right" to hunt. but at what point does regulation short of a complete ban become problematic?
