Have a cabin for this weekend setup. Going with my family and another couple. Me and the other husband plan on doing some fishing here. I heard they have a lighted fishing pier, but don't know much else.

Should be some action in the surf as it warms back up.

I was there last year and if I remember right the "lighted pier" would barely get you to the second gut. But if that's the case, you could see some good action. There's also the Jetties. Depending on the wind this weekend, the Surfside Beach side jetty usually sees better fishing. I think a front is coming through, so the Quintana side might be better.
