Were you at the Red, White & Blue game in 2001 or 2021? What do you remember most about that day?

Some Aggie games stay with you because of the score. Others stay with you because of what it felt like to be inside Kyle Field that day.

The Red, White & Blue games were different.

For those who were there in 2001, the sight of Kyle Field covered in red, white and blue just days after 9/11 became one of those Aggie moments you never forget. Twenty years later, Aggies filled the stands in those colors again, this time remembering the day, the people we lost and the incredible show of unity that began right here in Aggieland.

And somewhere in closets and dresser drawers all over Texas, we're guessing quite a few of those shirts are still around.

So let's hear it: Were you there in 2001, 2021 or both? What do you remember most? And do you still have your shirt?

Yes to the original 2001 game. Got stuck in traffic and didn't walk into the stadium until the first quarter had just started…was actually probably more impressive to walk into the stadium already full!

I wore a khaki uniform as a fish in the Corps. The Battalion had a comic about it in Mondays paper saying the Corps was not patriotic.

Was in Brazoria County working in a pipeline corridor but did catch some of it at lunch at El Toro in Clute.

Also went to the FTAB concert in Reed the night before.
First time I ever saw them do that. Entire band played all the marches and songs. Very cool.

Wife and I took my mom. Last Aggie game my mom attended before passing. Won't ever forget the whole weekend.

First deck under the overhang just behind the Corp Block. Still have my blue shirt-actually haven't worn it since that game. Also have the 20th anniversary shirt in blue.

Second deck, near the north end zone. The white shirt is now part of a t-shirt quilt; I'd also bought the blue and red shirts. Red is long gone, but I have blue somewhere.

I was there. Miscommunication about where our seats were, so I wore a white shirt. Seats were on the 3rd deck. Oops.

2nd deck student side, front row, 50 yard line.

Blue shirt first deck and pretty sure I have it around here somewhere! Will be red shirt this weekend!

Yep… red shirt… lower 3rd deck as a sophomore… still have it. What an awe inspiring sight that was… so proud to be an Aggie that day (every day, but especially so that day).

I was there wearing a blue shirt, which I will also wear this Saturday.

Yes, blue shirt, first deck, 25 yard line, with ***** ex-gf from SWT. Still have the shirt, tossed the *****.

Halfway up the third deck near the south 10 yard line. I was in my maroon out shirt, luckily that was the red deck.

Im in that picture too. 50 yard line 1st deck right on the good side of the shade. I had graduated and my then girlfriend now wife was like a 6th year senior. She drew the best damn tickets.

Here. I was in attendance with my Mother Alumni Upper Deck. RIP to all those who lost their lives.

Yes I was there in the zone wearing a white shirt. The last game I went to with my Dad and brother together.

First deck near the goal line - unfortunately, my dog a few years ago decided to destroy the shirt - the only time that particular dog ever ate any clothing....

My wife and I were there. First deck blue! Still have the shirt, but it seems to have shrunk over the last 25 years.
