Ok, I shudder to do this, because I know you guys can be animals sometimes, and I also know in what regard you hold craiglist, but if you go to the Amarillo listing under farm and garden, you will find a 300 acre listing by Childress, and a 629 acre listing a bit east. I know David, I lease my little 345 acre spot from him. He leases quite a bit of land in various acreages, for different size groups, and subleases it. He is a good guy.

Yes, I got my lease late last year, maybe 3 weeks before season. Got out some feeders and popup blinds. Had been pretty dry before, landowner said he figured everything had walked off. But we did get 2 really big does by my grandson, who I'm proud to say is now hooked on hunting. Also got a buck, last day of season, measured him at 140ish. Not too good at measuring, but he was a really nice 8, one of the best I've got in 50 years of hunting.
