There might be one or more trendy overpriced places that serves an awesome breakfast at The Pearl.

Lots of pricey stuff down there. Figured fish might be broke. Vallarta 3 is good eats. There's the 410 diner across the street too, but the taqueria is one of my favorite spots. Hole in the wall, good, cheap.

A buddy of mines uncle owns Los Laureles which looks about 15min away from IWA. It's a hole in the wall authentic taqueria. Some of the waitresses may only speak Spanish so you know it's really good food.

La Panaderia is right down Broadway. Not exactly cheap, but breakfast at Supper (Pearl area) is absolutely incredible. Also by the Pearl and a little more affordable is NOLA.

The Hayden on Broadway.

Very close to IU campus. Great coffee/diner vibe with HUGE plates of food.

Oblate Cafe or Blanco Cafe are good for breakfast tacos, migas, etc.

Broadway Daily Bread is just north of campus on Broadway. They have good cinnamon rolls and other baked goods. It ain't cheap though.

Central Market is in the same area and has some fresh-baked breakfast stuff (bacon-cheddar scones are a solid choice) and also a cafe inside.

There are a handful of decent to good breakfast taco spots in the area as well.

If she's not picky there's a Bill MIller's BBQ right across the Broadway from campus.

Unfortunately the Jim's that was walking distance closed.

El Catrin off of New Braunfels. Not a dive - but excellent. Best hot sauce in town.

Cappyccino's, or their sister restaurant Cappy's. Great Brunch, super close walking distance!
