most nights on my driveway/porch. My cameras aren't catching any kind of animal/motion.
It's about 1/2" diameter and 1-1/2 inches long. Looks like poop. Haven't checked the odor.

Raccoon would be my guess. Especially if in pretty much the same place every time

Definitely a toad. I saw one push one out. Damn impressive poop to body size ratio.

OK - the toad makes sense. A racoon would definitely trip the cameras, and we have quite a few toads around.

That is impressive for a toad.

Thanks for the help!

Taste it. If it's slightly acidic, it's a toad. If it's more earthy, it's a raccoon. If it tastes gross, it's gullibility.

And this is why I keep coming back. This is going into my database of useless knowledge that I can use the next time I forget something my wife told me about 5 times.

And be glad that you didn't step in it.

Toad. I saw it first hand in our driveway the other day.

Yeah, I have toads that come to the lights outside and eat as many bugs as they can then leave those. I have no idea where they hide in the heat of the day though.
