From what I've seen recently on many north Texas lakes is a virtual horde of illegals packed in the day use area and boat ramps all sharing a few PWC.

Haven't been out on Grapevine in years but even decades ago when I played baseball out at Oak Grove Park, it was the place drunken fishermen would spend all day. I doubt many of them had fishing licenses or legal driving licenses. Logically with there being a giant influx of illegals and not a corresponding rise in wardens on the lake then this stuff happens. They do not follow the rules and instead make their own

Was this Abbots response to the kayaker death?

I am not qualified to speak on the law, but seriously doubt that punishment is on the table for essentially manslaughter at most.

She seems to be scrubbing her socials but people already have screenshots. Alejandra Glen is the name on the socials, but that might be her "americanized" name. Tattoos on the socials match up with the ones in the original photo posted by law enforcement
