My mother in law is going fishing with us tomorrow. I told her she needed a fishing license and it's easy to just buy online.

She bought it off the below website. She gave her SS# and her credit card has been billed from Hong Kong.

Anyone ever heard of US Fish Assistant? Legit or has she been scammed?

I have never heard of that website. But I would have made sure she purchased from Texas Parks and Wildlife. My guess is she has been scammed. She should likely report the issue to heard credit card company ASAP.

I would freeze her credit to be safe since they got her SSN.
