Anyone got a thermal scope they are looking to sell i have some wild pigs im trying to take care of. Looking for a 384, and trying to stay under $1200.

That's going to be a tough budget to meet. You might find someone with a used Pulsar Apex or similar they would ve willing to let go.

For $1500 I can get you in a brand new Wraith mini. For $2K I can get you into a brand new Pulsar Talion XQ35 Pro.

If you're shots are all within 150yards any of these will do OK.

Piggybacking a question into this. Would a 256x192 60hz be ok for 100 yd max shot with the majority being 50 yd?

Dedicated nighttime weapon? If not, AGM clip ons do a reasonable job when in front of a day scope.

Here's an example on this 8.6 Blackout.

8x is about max power on day scope for a clip on. Correct height with the mounts is important.

He thought the same thing….The 8.6 with a 342grain pill packs a punch.

Thermal definitely add weight to the AR10 platform.
Grendel's / Arc's not as bad.
