I'm looking at having some barbed wire fence built and have a question for the brain trust here…
What should I expect to spend for installing gates along this fence? One quote was for $325 for an H bracket, and a gate would require two, so to add a gate in the middle of a straight section would be $650 plus we buy the gate. Every 1,300 feet would have H brackets already, so a gate could hang off those.
That sounds a bit rich to me. But I have no frame of reference.
Otherwise I'm hearing from $4.20-$5 a foot for 6 wire fencing.
