Click bait this was as stupid as those idiots that get selfies and video of themselves on dangerous mountain ledges that does not work out so well sometimes.

Is it just me but if a F3 tornado hit a small boat like that I believe it would actually pick them up and toss them. They most likely were not directly hit but adjacent to it. Still scary though.
Agree. They were likely caught in the straight line winds of the storm, or tornado adjacent at worse. Even a weak tornado would've tossed that thing like a toy if they were "in the middle" of it.

I bet that dog won't be so quick to load up in the boat the next time his owner wants to go fishing.

Been caught twice by front in POC. First time checked the weather - the front wasn't even to Austin and wasn't expected until after dark. Headed to Greens and was killing the fish, looked up and saw huge cloud bank near Port Lavaca. Front hit when he got to boat and had to run the shoreline all the way to the Pass and it was terrible. Another was in Pringle and a front arrived early again and had 4 foot waves in Pringle and blew boat off power pole. Headed out via Army Hole cut and no way could I cross. Waited 3 hours and it became calm as anything and headed in. Never again.

That was a bad storm but I doubt a tornado hit them, if so that boat would have ended up in Crosby
