Bought it to put on my thermal, just decided to go a different route. Probably has around 30 rounds through it.

Ruger American rifles are stupid worth it! Probably the most value bang for buck rifle on the market. More accurate than me. I have the ranch version in 6.5 Grendel.

Stock is OK (aftermarkets are available) Action is great (a bit "zipper" feel but smooths out) and the trigger is good right out of the box.

Same. Really nice for the price and made in the USA.

Do you have magazine feeding issues with your RAR in the Grendel? Mine shoots great but can be a PITA to get rounds into the feed ramps and into the barrel.

I used to have a 22-250 that constantly did it. Gun shot amazing but was very bad about feeding. For a short term fix call Ruger and they should send you a new mag, which might temporarily fix the issue until the spring wears down again.

The best fix I found for my 22-250 was an aftermarket stock.

This is such a great rifle for the price point. I love mine in 6.5CM and 308. To me, nothing is worth spending more until about the $2,000 mark (Seekins Precision rifles).

Have the same gun in 6.5 creedmoor with same magazine feeding issues. After a little research I ordered a couple of 450 bushmaster mags and it works great. Totally different feeding design.

I replaced stock and have Magpul Hunter stock on it. I have 3 different 6.5 Grendel mags 2 are different brands and all seem to do it.

I do not. I have Gen 2 RAR and use ASC 10 rounders. Download by -1 round and see if that helps.
