Taking my teenage boys to their first A&M game when the Ags BTHO LSU. Unfortunately I have not been able to visit in 15 years now. Always enjoy the OB for advice. So, wit campus and Seeing the Ags play being obvious what else is new and worth seeing if time permits? I just want to try Wings n More one more time. Thanks for any ideas on what's new.

The new pavilion at the Bush Library with the 4141 choochoo and presidential chopper is very nice and doesn't need a ticket like the rest of the exhibits.

- Bush Library
- Big Shots (Top Golf clone over in Bryan off Villa Maria)
- PopStroke (putt putt course)
- New St Mary's church (and say a prayer for the football team)

Or just wander around Northgate and see all the new bars/places. If you haven't been back in 15 years that area will look totally different and outside of the chicken and a few others, lots of new businesses.

Top Golf bought them out.

PopStroke or Top Golf would be fun.

Walking around Main Campus perhaps with a tour but it's not really necessary.

Century Square has some good restaurants.

Tons of tex mex, to be honest I like Lupe Tortilla the best

Gate 12 Restaurant at the airport is cool and you can watch the planes take off and land, food is above average, slightly

Absolutely nothing has changed.

Traffic should be non-existant. Parking is amazingly easy as always & good solid decisions by TexDot and city planners have made getting around flawless....

If you or your boys are into military stuff, the Museum of the American GI by Santa's Wonderland is pretty cool.

I had my bday dinner there for Notre Dame game. The food and service were excellent. First time back in 9 years.

Bush Library is cool. Also be sure to visit the Bonfire Memorial if you haven't been.

Gate 12 does seem interesting. My oldest son wants to be a pilot, so that might be a must place to visit. He has his flight hrs completed just has to wait another year to be 17. He turns 16 today so.we are celebrating.

Must have missed the roundabout on 60.

If you turned university-Welborn-George Bush-Texas to one giant roundabout around campus, you might be close to the world's largest.

Looking on satellite imagery the city has grown like crazy. I may or may not have had some great bowhunting days between the Poultry Farm and Easter wood back in the day.

Schedule a tour of Kyle Field. Lots of changes there. You get to go inside the stadium and see many areas most people don't see while watching the game. Walk through Sam Houston Corps of Cadet Center. It's across the street from Aggie Park. Lots of history about the Corps. Also a wonderful gun collection.

Take them to north gate for some female viewing after the game, it'll ensure they want to go to A&M.

A.P., don't know how much time you have allocated for this trip, but if your son wants to be a pilot, what about maybe attending the game today, eat at a nice restaurant tonight, then tomorrow, head over to the Wings Over Houston airshow at Ellington Airport? There, your son will get to see the Blue Angels perform, as well as the F-16 Demo Team, a bunch of restored WWII aircraft flying, and some aerobatic pilots. In addition, they have a bunch of static military aircraft parked on the tarmac you can walk around and put hands on. It's going on today and tomorrow. I believe you can still buy some general admission tickets. I go to it every year, and I always have a great time.

1775 BBQ! It's changed so you might want to just walk around campus and look at all the old locations before they build something on top of them.

We visited some of campus last night. Toured the Tec center, got to watch some aggie baseball from the rec pavilion on our tour as well. The boys are compleatly blown away. I am as well with how much it has grown and changed here. Absolutely incredible!!! We attended midnight yell and are about to head somewhere and eat. Maybe Gate 12 or 1775, not sure yet. My wife does love some Mexican food and we hear they have food trucks around Aggie park? I want the boys see the core march and hopefully the players walk in. So far they are just shocked.. I'm proud now they have an idea what my brother and I were able to experience here years ago.
