You can also install a multi battery "Perko" type of rotary switch to tie in or pick what battery can be used for what. This eliminates having to use jumper cables manually.

Yes I have the battery switch that is all on/all off/emergency combine..... it will essentially jumper the starting and house battery as needed. As well as an ACR (alternate charging relay).

Therefore with my PP Charge and ACR the motor charges both my 12v and my 36v all at the same time.

Essentially it sets a priority.... when my starting battery gets to 13.3 volts it charges my house battery....then when my house battery gets to 13.2 volts it then charges my 36v trolling motor battery.

All on/all off with simple quarter turn of battery switch.....and seamless mindless charging of all my batteries.
