BTW, I grew up on 89 acres in Middle TN. You could practically throw a rock across our whole property it was so steep. We only had one 4wd truck and only for a little while. Most of the real work was done in old 60's full size cars, but if there was something that really needed doin' we used the red belly Ford. That tractor brush hogged, graded, and plowed. Also pulled lots of stuck vehicles out.



So for my money a small tractor is worth its weight in gold. What you go to town in doesn't matter nearly as much. Especially if you have a trailer you can pull.
