My advice is to call your carrier NOW. Don't wait around for answers on what to do. They are about to get slammed, if they aren't already, and it can take weeks to get anyone out and then another month to get your scope of work and approval.
CAT adjusters are now spread out between many states, and many cities and resources are limited.
Outside of that, your duty is to mitigate additional damage, so if you have leaks you should attempt to tarp and prevent further damage.
Otherwise, the adjuster will look at everything. Then when you get your scope of work back from insurance...SHOW YOUR CONTRACTORS so they can assess it and see if it's reasonable or if they need to make corrections/additions. That way, they can get moving on that quickly and get the project rolling for you.
Either way, get the claim filed sooner than later.
