How long do you want to ignore this user?
Sharing for my sister. This is her sycamore tree. She lives in Richmond, TX. She'd like to know what's going on with it and if she should be concerned. Right now it's just in a few branches.

Hopefully I can get these pics to go up. Might take me a couple of edits.

That looks like webworms. I had them on my elm last year and removed the areas that had webs and they didn't come back.

Yeah, looks like bagworms/webworms damage…

Sycamore webworm. A pyrethroid will clean them up but may be a revenge spray at this point.

I always cut the webs off and burn them

Tree will be OK either way most of the time. Unless the infestation is so bad they get all the leaves.
