It appears some of these new releases at shot show are NOT released on the manufacturer websites. Does this mean they are really looking for market feedback before they spend any more money in development, M&A, and manufacturing?

I would think that websites and their SM would be updated as soon as SHOT opens or possibly even days before as a primer.

In the past have their been new introductions that didn't make the market?

For example:

DD H9 and Kimber KS9C both on their sites but Radian Arms and the Canik do not show anything about the above featured pistols.

It really depends. Some companies are bringing prototypes to SHOT Show that aren't ready for sale quite yet, so they don't put them on the website.

Some companies use SHOT Show as a way to gauge interest before fully investing in product production as well.
