Wore Resistol and American hats for several decades, it wasn't until I got a Greely about 8 years ago that I finally got a hat that fit my knot head perfectly. Trent does his magic with his hat sizing contraption and then you custom design everything about the hat. I have 3 now and will never wear any other felt than a Greely.

I have one from here and I am picking up my 2nd this month. Great place!!

True custom hat experience but can take 6+ months. I believe the only time they come to Texas is for the Dallas Safari Club show, which is coming up Jan 12-14, 2024. Generally $700 - $1,000 range.

I got a 50X whiskey last year. I am waiting on Chip to finish with the 50X bone. I cant wait!! I will prob have them go back and redo my old black one that I got back in College.. man that thing seems old now.

This. Limpia Creek makes a damn fine hat.

Anyone know if Catalena Hatters will shape my existing Stetson Open Road or do they only work on hats they sell?

They will work on other hats, but they won't work on it right away, you have to leave it there.
