I have heard good things about broken tine in snook.

I like Slovacek but many have complained that they mix meat with others. I have not tried the guys in Madisonville, but there are people on here that will recommend them.

Recently was in Slovacek's deer storage cooler, for reasons unrelated to deer processing. It was a nasty smelling environment, tubs of deer meat uncovered, I wanted out ASAP....

I have no idea how other processors may handle the deer, just my one observation.

Reinforced the reason to continue doing my own.

Jarrett's in Madisonville hands down.
