Anyone know what type of mount I need for this application?

The photo posted is for traditional sling swivels.
The QD sling swivels linked above are different.

Good news: The Bergara stock should also have QD cup holes on the sides at the front and rear of the stock to accept QD sling swivels.
I have a Magpul Bi-Pod mounted to the traditional sling swivels, and a sling mounted to the QD cups.

Picture showed up for me now and you're right. I was assuming they were referring to the QD mounts on the side of the stock.

I STRONGLY recommend using those vs the traditional sling swivels on the bottom of the stock. You're probably aware of this already but the magazine digs into your back/side with the traditional swivels. The side mounts eliminate that problem.
