Just realized I have not received my duck stamp and I bought my license back in August.

Will it pull up on my license?

Call TPWD. Digital proof is only good for 45 days.

"You are not exempt from carrying the physical Federal Duck Stamp while waterfowl hunting. If you purchased a Federal Duck Stamp, your digital endorsement is valid for 45 days. Once your stamp is received in the mail, it must be signed on its face and carried with you while hunting waterfowl."

Happened to me one year and I called and they sent another. Then the other one came in the mail so I had 2. I think I called the local Houston FWS officer. And he told me who to call for a replacement and to give his number to any game warden that checked as I was driving to an out of town hunt.
I have his contact/cell if you want me to dm it.

I just spoke with TPWD and they sent me to the company that distributes them for the Feds.

Of course they aren't answering.

not the same but I renewed DL online in Dec…. in March I went to DPS office and told them I hadnt rec'd…. they looked on computer and told me it had been issued… back and forth back and forth….. I didnt get it…. but we sent it…. thats all well and good but I dont have it now you are telling me I have a valid DL floating around out there …. DPS clerks ok but what are you worried about????
Im thinking they gotta be pulling my leg right now…… finally they agree to start another one….. yep… it will arrive in the mail. Geezzzz …. 2 weeks later the 2nd one shows up….. August….. the first one finally arrives

Yea, if you're that concerned just run by the Post Office and buy one. Not expensive anyways and just think of it as "helping conservation".

Pretty crazy how different experiences can be. Sometimes it's taken a month plus at least to come.

This year, it arrived in less than two weeks. Actually just barely over a week.

Only just now received mine. I renew online every year when TPWD sends the email blast.

I bought mine and it is printed on the tpwd license. I don't need the actual stamp now but they still mail one. I haven't received it yet but I think they are mailed out before the season.

End of season makes more sense for a digital one.

They're mailing it regardless of digital license or paper purchase at the end of the season. It is either shown as purchased on the digital license or on your paper copy and both will suffice. No physical stamp is needed this year and moving forward

How are all the other states going to feel about this?

2024-2025 will be mailed in March.

Last I checked, they're all doing it. If they're not, you should be able to reference the state it was purchased in and assume that state license would not be required in your possession when hunting too since it's proof of Fed Stamp.
