Lol. I looked at one of his properties for sale near Johnson city years ago. It advertised a half acre pond. I could have pissed across that pond it was so small. Plus we were only allowed to view one half of the property due to hunters. I said no thank you.

Yikes, there's likely some broken dreams and broken contracts in that story. I'm sure the A/C has been running on the regular the past 5 years and all those wood materials inside are in perfect shape.

Maybe the fine print says "half acre foot pond"

Land around there is so expensive today. We have some land north of Fredericksburg a little south of Enchanted Rock that we've had for 40+ years and the land around us is going for $30k-$32k per acre. It's really quite sad. It's pricing out some families that have been there for generations
