I got invited to go fishing next weekend for some nighttime jetty fishing and need to know what kind of footwear to use. I have a real concern about eating it out on the rocks in the dark. What do you guys wear on the rocks? Any suggestions are appreciated. Any feedback on must have gear is appreciated as well. Rods and reels are covered, but not sure about what else I should be packing. Thank you.

Korkers cleated overshoes. They strap onto your tennis shoes. They have metal cleats that grip the rocks through the moss. If you stay off the moss you don't have to worry about it. But you're going to need to be on the moss if you are trying to land a good fish.
