Does anyone know a reputable website to sell a handgun through? What forms or bill of sale is necessary? Any advice appreciated.

Here or gunbroker, but I know many have turned away from gunbroker after they've handed over customer lists to the ATF.

IIRC they handed over the sales of FRTs. But can't be sure.

GunBroker absolutely did turn over the names of every person who bought a Forced Reset Trigger (FRT). 2 different friends of mine here in College Station got a letter from the ATF threatening action if they didn't either produce the unit or the name of the person it was sold to, and BOTH bought them from Gun Broker. Gun Broker also keeps a chunk of your money for commission-they are obviously in this to make money.

Here or Texashuntingforum.com

Do NOT ask for a bill of sale. Bill of sales do absolutely nothing to protect you from anything and will cut your buyer pool by more than half.
