Best bow shop in San Antonio? Moved back to SA, got into bow hunting while away so I'm not familiar with the shops around here.
Apparently, he took peoples orders (money up front) and then shut the shop down and disappeared. Police reports were filed against them, but I don't know whatever happened with that.SanAntoneAg said:
I used to use The Bow Shop but I don't know what happened with Fred the owner and the business shutting down.

X2 for leading edge.
I'm a buffoon and dry fired my Halon 32 last summer. Leading Edge took it in, checked my bow for damage, got me set up with new strings/cables, and did it without making me feel like I'm a thorn in their side (Viking archery, I'm talking to you)

Hopefully they no longer exist. What a piss poor place. The one at canyon lake too.

I went to him once and thought he seemed like a sleezeball. My bow was not a Mathews, so he talked **** about it without even knowing me.

Judging by the Google reviews, about 8 months ago.
I remember reading about it on Texas Bowhunters forum.
