Stop the ability to move about efficiently.

Cut ranching and farming by 30%, thereby artificially reducing the resource of food.

Do away with cash, and they'll control every financial transaction they want.

I'll be save ya'll a trip to the Politics board. The vast majority of "smooth brains"(ie-people paying very close attention to politics?) want nothing more than Trump to go away for good, instead of guaranteeing a Biden(?) win who will then finish all this off.
